Birthday Sparkle Train
Hi, friends!
This is my debut with Angel’s Landing design team! I couldn’t wait to start using these digi images. I just LOVE that you can resize them to suit your own needs and print as many as you want, where you want. This is just so cool!
I decided to make a child’s birthday card for our DT challenge this week, which is to use sparkle, glitz or bling.
What child wouldn’t be thrilled to receive this sparkly birthday card using the Alphabet Train and Pierced Tags images? I know my grandkids love anything that sparkles!!
The DCWV paper already had sparkly diamonds on it. The images were colored using Copic markers and shaded with Prismacolor pencils. Stardust Stickles were added to the edge of the purple patterned paper which was cut using a Dahlia Nestabilities die. Stickles were also added to the trim of each of the train cars and an additional set of wheels with silver brad centers were popped up using foam tape. The train cars were tied together and the sentiment tag was added using DMC floss.
This was so much fun; I’m ready to play some more!!

I was getting stuck on creating a card for friends who just had a baby and I will definitely case this awesome inspiration. I have the same papers too! I love how you cut out the image and the coloring is just beautiful. It makes it POP out of the card!

I absolutely love this train you’ve used Broni, it’s fabulous and colored so well too. Any child would love to receive a card like this. And the paper choices are great too.

Broni, you did a fabulous coloring job with these images. The shading makes them look so rounded and dimensional. You pay attention to the tiniest details (even the bear’s cap has highlights on those stripes) and it shows in your finished work.
