A Different Kind of Valentine…

Heart Birdhouses crop

Well, I don’t think I’ve ever made a mostly black Valentine card before!!  But I just love this Basic Grey paper (Seed from the Granola collection) and thought it went really well with the sweet little birdhouses.

It may be strange that this little stamp came to mind when I first saw Taylor’s sketch for the TECC50 challenge, but I think it’s because whenever I look out any of the back windows in my home, I see my bird feeders hanging from my curly willow tree.

Can you see the cute little bird charm hanging from the ribbon on the top of the birdhouse on the left?  That was a cool find in the jewelry department of Michael’s yesterday.

Thanks for coming by to visit again today!  See ya next time!
