Rubbernecker Blogger Challenge

This week’s RubberneckerBlogger challenge is brought to you by Kittie! You can read all the details here on the Rubbernecker Blog.

Our challenge this week was to PAPER PIECE a project. I chose goofy old Tommy Turkey to work with!

Tommy was stamped on 3 different sheets of Basic Grey Scarlet’s Letter paper and pieced onto really rust cardstock, then shaded with Copic markers. I inked the Diamond background stamp in both Dried Marigold and Brushed Corduroy ink and stamped it on another sheet of BG and used this for the background.

I stamped on the corners of the image panel and on the entire sage shadow panel with a Mesh background stamp in 3rd generation Brushed Corduroy ink.

The button is tied with linen thread and I used a strip of corrugated cardboard behind the sentiment and button.
