Color Throwdown – Week 15
Now how cool is that for a banner!? I tell you, Kisa just amazes me with her creations!
Well, this week it was my turn to choose the Color Throwdown colors and I didn’t want Autumn to get away without using it’s gorgeous warm colors. So this week I chose:
And I decided to go with a simple card too. This is my first time using the A Flower for All Seasons SU stamp set, and I wanted the image to take center stage. But I also wanted my yummy S.E.I. Dill Blossom paper to show!
The image was colored on watercolor paper with my Stampin’ Up! markers and a blender pen. The big “flower” was made using a scalloped Nestabilities die.
Be sure to check out the other design team members’ creations:

Stamps: A Flower for All Seasons, sentiment from Upsy Daisy
Paper: watercolor paper, kiwi kiss, chocolate chip, S.E.I. Dill Blossom
Ink: Versafine onyx black, chocolate chip, kiwi kiss, SU markers – so saffron, really rust, close to cocoa, chocolate chip, going gray
Accessories: blender pen, ruler & pencil (to draw lines between the scallops on the back of the flower to see where to cut), white gel pen, Swiss Dots CB folder, circle Nestabilities, Spellbinders ribbon tags, AMuse ribbon, foam mounting tape
