Color Throwdown – Week #13
I finally got to try out some Papertrey stamps that I’ve had for quite a while now, but until now have seen no ink. Poor neglected babies! And I’ve paired them with some of my newer Stampin’ Up! sets for the Color Throwdown challenge today.
Here are this week’s challenge colors:
At first I had no idea how to use these colors, but when I pulled out some cardstock in the colors, the first thing that came to mind was decorative tiles. So that’s how I chose to use my Guide Lines stamp set.
I love how easy it was to line up the decorative elements once the grid lines were stamped. As Nichole says, “There are endless possibilities here!”
I used some tiny mustard colored rhinestones and some blue bayou ribbon for the card embellishments.
