Wild Ride – Featured Stamper challenge

I created this card for the featured stamper challenge FS52 on Splitcoast.  Today’s talented stamper is prchvs also known as Renee!  Great gallery Renee!!!  This is her card I used as my inspiration:  Love You

I kept the same basic layout but rotated it 90 degrees to the right and increased the card’s overall size to 5-1/2 x 5-1/2 because of the size of the image I wanted to use. I also moved my sentiment to be on the cross panel.

Don’t you love this Rubbernecker image called Wild Ride?  My daughter and I have always been big fantasy fiction fans and some of our favorite books are from the Anne McCaffrey Dragonriders of Pern series.  This reminds me so much of those stories.

The image is stamped on watercolor paper and painted with my waterbrush and Adirondack inks.  I really love these colors.

I won’t bore you with all the how-to details.  This card is pretty self-explanatory.  I will tell you however that there is “fairy dust” on the image.  Click on the close up image to see it!
